Highly recommend Nanshan Hot Pot! Their new tomato broth base is absolutely amazing—rich, tangy, and super flavorful. It makes every ingredient taste so much better! The new tomato-themed dishes were equally impressive and delicious. On top of that, they gave us the cutest little tomato plushie, which totally made my day. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and sweet surprises. I’ll definitely be back with friends! 🍅🐼🔥

Food was very delicious, and the ordering experience in the ipad was smooth with no problems. We were a table of four and got the yuan yang hot pot, and both soups were amazing. I especially enjoyed the dessert section where you could make your own sweet soup bowl out of grass jelly, boba, jelly, and more. Overall a great experience and we had a lot of fun and great food. We immediately got out seat with no waiting and got a seat in the basement. The seating environment was very clean and we had no problems at our table. There were also a bunch of cute pandas everywhere around the entire restaurant which added to the theme of the dining experience.

One of the best hot pot places in Flushing! There are so many flavors that is trueky savory! The whole Place is panda themed and is super cute, you can even redeem panda gifts and food for points. There is so many meat options and vegetables with many drinks and even a desert bar. This place truely used to deserve 5 stars. This was true untill recently where we saw a decline in cleaness and quality of food. The menu online became a massive jungle of food options which I guess is good. The ampubt of servers also dropped, going from 3-4 visible servers all the time to 1-2. Everybody is still super nice and there is a lot of chinese and american servers. If we go back a few months, this place is a 5 star hot pot with high quality marbled meat and delicious broth to a lot of nice servers and a very clean and cute and lively atmosphere. Now, I’ll give it 4 stars, not as good and delicious as before, but still a lively and fun atmosphere and delicious food. Hope they could fix these small mistakes and return back to the nostalgic restaurant!

Nan Shan Hot Pot is an absolute flavor explosion—my new go-to for epic hot pot nights! This spot nails it with bubbling broths in spicy Sichuan, rich bone marrow, and veggie-loaded options that keep everyone happy. Meats are ultra-tender (hello, wagyu slices!), and the DIY sauce bar and dessert lets you customize perfection. Service is speedy and friendly, portions generous, and the vibe is lively without being chaotic—perfect for groups or date nights. 10/10, I’ll be back weekly! 🔥🥘

Honestly so impressed with Nanshan Hot Pot! It’s been so hard to find legit Guizhou-style hot pot in the States, but this place totally nailed it. The mushroom platter was super fresh, and my friend was obsessed with the Yangyu Baba (those potato patties are a must-order!). I also really liked their variety of bean products—super unique compared to other places. Don't skip the dessert bar either; the toppings are endless! The service was also top-notch, super attentive, and they even gave us a cute little doll keychain when we left. Such a sweet touch! If you’re in the area, definitely give this place a try. 10/10 would come back.
